About us
Personal attention instead of a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Precision Maid is owned and operated by Sparklean Cleaning Services Inc., a local Colorado company that has been serving the public since 2006. Led by owner Mandy Jordan, Sparklean has built a reputation for dependable, detail-focused cleaning throughout the region.
Every household, rental, and property transition has different needs. A family maintaining a busy home does not need the same plan as a host preparing for check-in or a property manager turning over an empty rental.
That is why every appointment request is reviewed before confirmation. We consider the size and condition of the property, the service requested, your timing, and the rooms or tasks you identify as priorities.
Our goal is straightforward: provide dependable, respectful cleaning that helps the home feel calm, comfortable, and ready for what comes next.
